Project Management & Turnkey Delivery
Refurbishment projects require careful coordination. Alongside design and interior architecture, we offer a fully managed service for clients who prefer a clear and structured route through the build process. The extent of our involvement is shaped around each project, but the principle remains consistent: clarity, continuity and experienced oversight from start to finish.
Our costs and programme of works are prepared on an open-book basis. This transparency allows decisions to be taken with confidence and ensures that the project develops in a measured and responsible way.
Building the Right Team
Over many years we have built strong working relationships with trusted builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators and specialist trades who share our standards and values. These are people we know well and with whom we have delivered projects successfully time and again.
Bringing the right team together is essential, particularly within period properties where experience and sensitivity matter. Familiarity builds efficiency, but more importantly it builds accountability.
As a founding member of Surrey Hills Collective, we also maintain close relationships with a carefully curated network of respected property and interior specialists. Membership within that network is based on recommendation and shared standards, allowing us to draw upon additional expertise where appropriate.
We are equally comfortable working within an existing professional team. Where clients already have an architect, quantity surveyor or contractor in place, we collaborate closely to ensure responsibilities are clear and communication remains straightforward. Our aim is always the same: that the design intent is understood and delivered without compromise.
Oversight & Delivery
For many clients, we act as on-site project manager.
This involves coordinating trades, overseeing scheduling and maintaining standards throughout the build. We monitor progress carefully and address issues as they arise, allowing the project to move forward without unnecessary complication.
Surveys, consents where required, and health and safety considerations are managed as part of this role. Clients remain informed at each stage, but not burdened with the day-to-day detail.
Continuity
Because we remain involved from the earliest design discussions through to installation, there is no separation between intent and delivery. The ideas developed at the outset are carried through carefully, reducing the risk of compromise during construction.
The benefit is straightforward: a single, consistent point of contact and an experienced presence throughout the project.
It allows you to continue with everyday life, knowing the work is being managed carefully.
