Established originally as a kitchen design and build company, our services have grown organically over more than three decades to include bespoke joinery and specialist cabinetry throughout the home — from kitchens and pantries to bedrooms, dressing rooms, libraries and utility spaces.
Every piece we create is individually designed and made. We do not offer off-the-peg solutions. Our cabinetry is shaped by the architecture of the property and the way it is lived in, resulting in interiors that feel intrinsic rather than applied.
Much of our work sits within traditional country houses, including Grade I and II listed properties, where proportion and detail demand careful judgement. At the same time, we collaborate confidently within contemporary homes and architect-designed new builds. In both settings, our aim is the same: thoughtfully proportioned spaces, built with enduring quality for modern family living.

Construction & Craft
At Figura, craftsmanship is matched by structural integrity.
Much of our cabinetry is constructed using traditional in-frame methods, where doors are set within a solid timber frame rather than applied to the front of a carcass. This approach offers strength, stability and refinement of detail.
Drawer boxes are crafted using hand-finished dovetail joints for durability, while structural components utilise mortise and tenon joinery — techniques that have proven themselves over centuries of cabinetmaking.
These methods are not decorative; they ensure cabinetry remains true and aligned for decades.
