Introducing: The Little Shed

Introducing: The Little Shed

Figura recently teamed up with Linda and Laurie at The Little Shed in Godalming.  We were looking for interesting, stylish and well-crafted homewares to complement the Figura bespoke furniture designs within a contemporary kitchen and spacious but low ceiling dressing room.

We were rather on the hop when our paths crossed, having initially been on the hunt for a local supplier of wonki ware. Linda and Laurie could not have been more accommodating, flexible and genuinely interested in getting involved.  It is great to work with another local business.

After a brief initial meeting we were invited back the following day for coffee and cake, (a great start to any relationship!) They then expertly helped us decided and select the items most suitable for the look and feel of our interiors.

At The Little Shed they love beautifully made and well designed accessories for the home. They offer an eclectic mix of ever-changing things, old and new, sourced from Europe and beyond.

Those hunting for a unique piece for the home will want to check out the gorgeous selection of one-off antiques on offer. As well as the hand-picked range in store, Linda and Laurie can source something specific for your home, or help you pick a more modern piece from the pile of brochures provided by their many suppliers, both local and far flung.

As well as bigger investment pieces, The Little Shed houses practical homewares. Interior staples come in the form of beautiful wooden platters, scatter cushions and French glasses. Wonki Ware lines the dresser shelves of the shop; a charmingly handmade range of pottery.

Book lovers can browse the interior reads dotted around the shop or indulge in a quick flick while perched on the edge of a luxurious leather armchair whilst indulging in the divine scented candle range of Astier from France.

The accessories from The Little Shed work perfectly in the Figura setting.  We particularly love the colourful Harlequin wine glasses and amber glass bottle.  The gorgeous lanterns worked really well as do the generous tea cups by Cote....and of course our favourite Wonki Ware steals the show.

We are delighted that our paths have crossed with The Little Shed and look forward to working again with them in the future.

If you are looking for unique, interesting and quality accessories for your home, or just some styling advice, we highly recommend a visit to The Little Shed.....you may even be lucky enough to be offered some cake!
